30 lady fingers

200 g(3/4 cup plus 1t.) of fromage blanc of 0 % to 20

40 % according to your taste (substitute fat free greek yogurt)

2 cans of strawberries or use fresh if in season

Orange juice for dipping ladyfingers or use juice from the canned strawberries.

80g(1/2 cup plus1 t. of granulated sugar)

Étapes de la recette

1. Dip each ladyfinger in strawberry juice or orange juice very quickly and place in the Charlotte mold.

2. In a mixing bowl add the fromage blanc and sugar and mix well. .Stir in the strawberries. Crush any strawberries that are large.

3. Add ½ of the strawberry and cheese mixture inside the charlotte mold. Add a layer of soaked ladyfingers.

4. Add the rest of the strawberry and cheese mixture and top with another layer of ladyfingers.

5. Close up the mold. Keep refrigerated for at least 2 hours.
