Little chocolate cream jars ENG
Ingrédients
Serves 6 to 8 :
40 cl of whipping cream
250g of bittersweet chocolate
4 egg yolks
30 g of unsalted butter (melted)
Étapes de la recette
Boil the cream. Stir in the chocolate until the mixture is smooth.
Whisk the egg yolks. Fold the egg yolks into the chocolate cream.
Add the melted butter into the chocolate cream. Mix well. Fill every little cup or glass with the cream mixture. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Serve at room temperature.
