Little chocolate cream jars
Ingrédients
Serves 6 to 8
- 40 cl of whipping cream
- 250g of bittersweet chocolate
- 4 egg yolks
- 30 g of unsalted butter (melted)
Étapes de la recette
1 Boil the cream. Stir in the chocolate until the mixture is smooth.
2 Whisk the egg yolks. Fold the egg yolks into the chocolate cream.
3 Add the melted butter into the chocolate cream. Mix well. Fill every little cup or glass with the cream mixture. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
4 Serve at room temperature.
