Florentines Tourisme Dessert Eng
Ingrédients
For 25 people
– 150 g (0.3 lb) of powdered white sugar
– 50 g (0.1 lb) of liquid honey
– 160 g (0.35 lb) of sour cream
– 100 g (0.22 lb) of candied lemon peel (or candied fruits)
– 100 g (0.22 lb) of flaked almonds
– 50 g (0.1 lb) of pine nuts
– 100 g (0.22 lb) of dark chocolate
Étapes de la recette
– Preheat the oven at 150°C (302°F).
– Chop the lemon peel into small cubes.
– In a pan, mix the sugar, the honey and the sour cream. Bring this mix to a boil and let cook for about 5 minutes.
– Add the almonds, the pine nuts and the lemon peels.
– Cover up a baking sheet with a sheet of baking paper.
– Set down some small piles of the preparation with a wooden spoon, fairly spaced because while cooking, it is going to spread.
– Put the florentines into the oven for 10 to 15 minutes until they get a nice golden colour.
– Then, take out of the oven and let cool down a minute on the baking sheet, then on the grill.
– Melt the chocolate in a double boiler
– Cover up the plane surface of each florentine with melted dark chocolate and let cool down for 10 minutes.
