Cromesquis of Touraine’s goat cheese and honey Tourisme Starter Eng
Ingrédients
Cromesquis of Touraine’s goat cheese :
2 half-dry Sainte Maure de Touraine
4 eggs
100g (0.22 lb) of flour
150g (0.33 lb) of breadcrumbs
50g (0.11 lb) of full hazelnuts
1/4 bunch of parsley
10 cl (3.4 oz) of honey
3 endives or sucrines (sweet salad)
30 cl (10 oz) of frying oil as an option
Sauce :
1 yellow lemon
5cl (1.7 oz) of hazelnut oil
5 cl (1.7 oz) of liquid honey
Étapes de la recette
Cut the goat cheese into 10 equal slices.
Crush thinely the helnuts and slash thinely the parsley.
Add the breadcrumbs.
Put the cheese slices into the floor, then into the beaten eggs, then the breadcrumbs.
Fry those covered pieces into a frying pan with hot frying oil or grill them .
For the sauce :
Prepare the sauce with liquid honey, hazelnut oil and a yellow lemon.
For the dressing :
When the covered cheese slices are well coloured, put each piece on top of an endive or sucrine leaf, pour a little bit of sauce and enjoy !
