Chocolate Lava cake with Shortbread Crust Tourisme Dessert ENG
Ingrédients
For 10 people :
For the shortbread crust :
100g salted butter
100g sugar
160 g flour
1 egg yolk
5 g baking soda
1 pinch of salt
For the moelleux:
220g dark chocolate
200g salted butter
4 eggs
160 g sugar
120 g flour
Matériel
8-10 individual molds
Butter or oil spray

For the shortbread crust:
In a mixing bowl, mix butter, sugar, flour, baking soda and salt. Mix by hand until the dough is like sand. Add eggyolk and mix by hand until the dough is soft and gathered in a ball.
Spray or butter each mold.
Line the bottom of each mold with some of the shortbread dough (mold filled ¼ only!).
Bake in the oven for 12 minutes at 350F.
For the lava cake :
Melt chocolate and butter together (microwawe is ok if you use it shortly).
In a metal bowl, whip the eggs and the sugar during 3 to 4 mn.
Add flour and mix again. Add the chocolate-butter mix and mix again.
Once the shortbread is cooked, turn up the temperature to 400F. Spoon the chocolate mixture into each mold on the shortbread and fill ¾ full.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes (depending on the size of your molds)
Let it set for 5 to 10 minutes.
Unmold and serve.
