Ingrédients

For 40 samoussas :

300 gr chicken breast

1 lemon confit

1 carrot

1 bunch of cilantro

5 gr spices (your choice)

1 pack of 10 feuille de brick


Matériel

1 frying pan

1 salad bowl

Robot coupe

Étapes de la recette

Cut out the tendons from the chicken breasts. 

Chop the cilantro. 

Cut the lemon confit into thin slices.

Shred the carrot and place on paper towel to remove extra water.

Mix everything together with the spices.

Cut the feuilles de brick into 4 strips. Fold into triangles.

Add oil to the frying pan. Over medium heat, brown the samosas.
